I just got ours for our 24 July trip on Monday. MIL (also arriving on 24 July) got hers the week before.

They seem to arrive randomly. Got mine at exactly 21 days out. My sister is leaving on the 27th July, hasn't received it yet.....

I booked my room online on July 2nd for a last minute trip, arriving on July 29th. I got my ME stuff in a week (July 8th)! However, my flight info was wrong, so I called and corrected it. Today I checked my reservation online, and the dates for my stay are correct, but now my ground transportation dates are wrong! It lists me as arriving on the day I'm actually leaving and leaving after I'll have already been home for 4 days!
I called to correct the dates, and over the phone they told me to disregard the dates listed online.

I don't care -- I have my luggage tags and I'm going!!

The packet included instructions on using DME, 8 luggage tags (for only 2 of us) and vouchers for the return trip.
