We were supposed to leave the 18th and visit my uncle for the night but plans were changed so we left for Disney early in the am on the 19th. After surviving an awful line for security at the Pittsburgh airport we arrived at our gate just in time to board. The flight was nice, but I was anxious to get there, so it seemed to take forever!!!
We arrived at MCO, headed straight for the ME area. Along the way we saw lots of CMs with Mickey gloves to guide us. The line for ME seemed long but we got through it quickly, luckily we had received our tags before we departed so it was much easier! We lined up for Coronado and were led to the bus almost immediately. Our only disappointment was that the driver did not play the video on the way to the resorts, my DD (8) was really looking forward to watching it. We made a quick stop at Pop and we were off to CSR!!
We got there and got our room right away, much to my surprise because we were there way before check-in time. The resort is absolutely beautiful!!! Then we were off to the parks!!! We went to Epcot first, had lunch at the Electric Umbrella, and did some rides. Then we headed over to MK and practically walked onto everything!!! I was sooo excited!!! We had dinner at ESPN and walked around the boardwalk, then headed back to the room to call it a night.
Day 2 we went to AK, saw tons of characters, and had a wonderful lunch at the Flame Tree BBQ. We rode several rides and saw the shows, then headed off to MGM for a bit. Since it was the beginning of Star Wars weekends there were people everywhere, but the lines were great!! We went to dinner at the Concourse Steakhouse and went to MK again for a bit.
Day 3 we decided to go to Downtown Disney to shop in the am. Found some great things there!!! I had the most wonderful chocolate dipped strawberry from Goofy's candy company!!! We went back to Epcot and walked around the World Showcase, had lunch at the Liberty Inn, and headed back to CSR for a rest. We went back to MK that night and had dinner at The Plaza, watched Wishes and had a nice night!!
Day 4 we started out at MGM, had lunch at Catalina Eddie's, and headed to our resort to swim in the afternoon. We went to dinner at the Maya Grill and headed back to MGM for the extra magic hours.
Day 5 we relaxed around CSR before departure. This trip was way tooo short for me!!!!!
