Hi all. Just got back from a wonderful trip to Disney... with a sort of crappy ending. (Only sort of because we are all o.k. - I am counting my blessings for that.)
On our way home, up a major highway, a ratchet strap broke, and one of our suitcases wound up in the middle of the road and got hit by a semi-truck. Luckily, it didn't cause an accident, but the suitcase, and most of what was in it is toast. We thankfully recovered my little boys' autograph books. And, the camera was in the carry-on, so we didn't lose that. But, there are a few little items that I'd like to replace if I can, but I don't know who to call to help.
I need to get DS5 a new set of R2D2 Mickey ears. The boys lost most of their "treasures." - the stickers and a handful of "pirate coins" (tissue paper) from the Playhouse Disney show. DS5 had also been given a chocolate coin from a cast member that he absolutely treasured... I'm not sure if they are for sale or not. Oh, and a souvenier popcorn bucket that DS2 just loved. But, the big one (I think) is that I purchased a "digital download" of DS and I on Space Mountain. (We also probably lost a photopass card - but I don't think there's anything we can do about that.)
We have a ton of stuff (mostly mine - clothes, makeup, hairdryer, etc.) to replace. But, its just "stuff." I know I can order the R2D2 hat. But, I'm not sure what to do about the digital photo download. And, I'm not sure if maybe I contacted Disney if they could send up some stickers or something? I know the boys wanted to put them in their books.
Does anyone have any suggestions about who to call? I don't know where to begin... Thanks!

I wouldn't want you to go to the trouble though.- You should be focusing on having your own magical times! 
It was just the standard bucket from Magic Kingdom, and I'm sure I could order one through the parks if it really is an issue. Hopefully I will hear back from Disney and they will be able to help me find a way to order a few of the missing items. I am just thankful to have everyone home safely!
