Our Keurig Died but......

Over the last 3 weeks our Keurig has been really acting up and sadly died.

We called Keurig and after we did all the trouble shooting on the phone they are sending us a new brewer. I was shocked but happy.
At best I thought they would send us a coupon to purchase a new one but they really stood by their products.

What a great company!!!!
 
Was your Keurig registered? I'm so mad because we never got around to registering ours, and the box and all of that info got thrown away by mistake when we moved. I just wonder if we will be SOL if ours breaks.

I've heard how prompt they are at sending new machines!

No, it wasn't. If you have a problem they told us to pull out the drip pan and the serial number is back there.
Being we didn't register it I was sure we would be out of luck~
 
dh wants a keurig for xmas. we have a bunn and i thought the price for one was a little outrageous until i saw why he wanted one. hearing about how good of a company they are puts my mind at ease. thank u for sharing!
 

Same thing happened to me, except mine was registered. Keurig's customer service is outstanding. :thumbsup2

Also, FYI - if you do register it on their website, they'll send you 2 free boxes of K-cups, if you buy 2 boxes. It's nice little perk.

I just bought my DH a Keurig B60 for Chrismas!
 
AFter two replacement Keurigs (free) in 2 years - we just bought the Cuisinart Kcup brewer and couldn't be happier....only a few small differences fromKuerig - like water temp. control, etc. and none of the Kuerig known short cupping problems - also if you google Kuerig problems you will find the whole scoop about how the motor isn't powerful enough to pump the water in the Kuerig because in the original model (which we had) people complained it was too loud so they cut back on the motor strength and now they have known problems and no solutions which is why they send out free replacements.

Dont get me wrong I loved our Keurig and would keep getting replacements if their wasn't another option but now that Cuisinart has one that will use kcups - we are all over it
 
I received one for Christmas 2 years ago from my DB.
My cup holder ended up being grounded in my garbage disposal last month.
Called Keruig and they send me out a replacement holder for free. :)

We have a Bunn (bought in April 2008 after having 2 non-kcup-type Cuisinarts die in two years) and I LOVE it! I thought about buying a Keurig when I bought the Bunn but I didn't want the expensive of the little k-cups.

I'm on my third Keurig and when this one dies I'm done with them. Are the Cuisinarts more reliable?
 
They have the best customer service and support! When I bought my first one, it was damaged, then they sent me a new one...same problem. Then a new one. The third was fine...I just had to call to learn how to clean it and they walked me through the entire process.

they do have great Customer Service. I got a shipment of kcups & one of the boxes was smashed two kcups were broken & it was a mess I called. All i really wanted was the 2 cups replaced I kinda thought maybe they would send me one of the 6 pks, thought it would be the easiest way but no thet re shipped the entire order & emailed a coupon for a free box.
