Our Grand Gathering is Growing...

...but we didn't do it.

We just booked (2) 2BR villas at OKW for a week in June 2012. My parents are treating the kids and grandkids, 14 people total.

When we booked the reservation, we booked cash/points/cash (Sat/Su-Th/Fri) so we'd made 2 phone calls. Each time, the CM reviewed the guests in each villa and verified their names and ages. I just checked our reservation information.......

My mom is listed twice...in the same villa!
And my daughter is listed in both villas...with different last names!
The reservation indicates that we have 16 guests.

At this point, I opted to e-mail member services with everything WRITTEN out correctly to avoid any further confusion. I'm wondering what is going to happen when I have to add our 15th little guest...due to arrive November 5. Hopefully, DVC doesn't decide to add any more guests for us.

This thread makes me nervous. We have 21 people spread across 4 rooms and I have had to call a couple of times to try to get things straight. I finally decided to just check to make sure the rooms are listed correctly and we will deal with names when we get there.

Thanks, Bill. I checked on all the rooms and it looks like every name is correct. Now we need to hope that our request for 1 story GV is met because there will be 2 pre-toddlers in the GV who can't be trusted around steps. If we get a 2 story we will need to change some families around.

I didn't know that BWV had 1 and 2 story GV's. As a BWV frequent renter, I'm sure that you will get preferred treatment.

Adding the child issue to your request notes may make a difference to the room assigner.
