Hola ladies!!! I am on board for this trip...

I need a roomie or five haha...and I am not sure how much money I will need. Sooo....tonight when I get home from work I will try to get all caught up so I can start signing up for stuff.

My dates will be flying in June 4th at night and leave on the 7th at night.

What sort of things do you want to do? We have a schedule up there, but let us know what you're interested in, what you'd want to do or not do, anything you want to add.

We haven't bought any tickets yet. We can hold off on that until it gets closer. And I have discounts for Bite and Divas.

Yes, it's traditional on a fish taco. With a white creamy sauce on top (I use creme fraiche, mayo and sour cream, a little garlic salt and lime juice).

I also don't use fried fish--I bake it--makes it a little bit healthier! and you use unfried corn tortillas--really, it is a pretty healthy meal!

Have any of you gone to the Dueling pianos at Harrah's? We saw them last year and it was really good. They play until 2 or 3 am so we could probably catch them at some point.

It is kinda a fancy sour cream--slightly thicker texture. Goes really well on strawberries!

Ruben and I caught them one night. It was fun. They are right inside the hotel, off of Carnaval Court, so it's definitely something we should check out!

Do you have a full length mirror? Take one of yourself in the mirror. I've done that before. Or just ask a neighbor to snap one real quick. We can't wait to see it.
