After a very comfortable night sleeping in the huge king bed. It was a glorious morning outside and breakfast was first thing on our minds!

So we headed over to Trattoria del Porto as they advertised a buffet unfortunately there is no buffet, so we order off the menu. The breakfast is lovely and is soon finished.

It is then time to head over to check out, but for some strange reason our HRC charge is showing 4 times!!! Soon this is changed and our bill is much better, also due to the fact we have credit on the room from when I changed the rate to the AP rate :teeth: Whilst I was sorting the bill out Nathan had taken the overnight bag to the car so once all done we are off to Universal Studios.

Once in the studios we realise how quiet it is. First stop is Terminator2:3D

And then we decide to go on Twister.

A walk then takes us through the San Francisco area

By now we are getting warm so stop for a drink and a few piccies across the lagoon.

Off we head to where BTTF is being converted into the Simpson’s ride.

Its then time for our old favourite ET before leaving the park. Not entirely sure where Mall at Millenia was we head off anyway north on the I4 and within a mile or two see the signs for it :thumbsup2 The drive was no more than ten minutes and once parked we hit the mall.

After wandering through various stores we ended up with a few more smellies from Bath and Bodyworks and Nathan got a couple of Polo shirts from the Lacoste store :) By now it was late afternoon so we headed back to SSR via Goodings to pick up some bread, water and donuts.

Once back at SSR we decided to get ready for dinner at Boma’s. We took the bus to DTD then a bus to AKL. It took about 45 minutes in all and our wait time for a table was given as 45 minutes so we went to the Victoria Falls for a drink, using our DDE card :drinking: It must have only been 20 minutes or so when our pager went off and we were then seated on the near side of the restaurant and could see across to Jiko. It was then time for the food and soup was first as it was so lovely in January and once again the taste was delicious.

We both followed this with prime rib and some pork ribs.

It was then time for some salmon and salads for me and salmon with more prime rib for Nathan.

We both then tried the little desserts :) As well as some extra strawberries :teeth:

It was a nice leisurely meal and by the time we had finished it was quite late but we had a look out by the pool.

Great day Claire. Those food pics are making me hungry! :)

That breakfast looks nice, Portofino looks cool but hard to imagine it being in Orlando in some ways.

Lovely day, that breakfast looks yummy. How early do they start serving breakfast can you remember? I quite fancy popping over there to try it.
