Thanks for the great report! I hope you are right about DVC listening to what people think of Artists Pallette, it looks kind of meager and I have yet to hear any rave reviews of it. I will take a look for myself later in Aug.

We are making our first trip down in September and will definitely check out Artist Palette. Hopefully with all the feedback something will be done to expand the variety of food being offered.

For our family personally we've always had great luck feeding our family while staying at the All Star and Pop Century resorts. We have a wide variety of eating likes and dislikes and everyone always found something they liked.
