Our dinner--with a crowd--at Citricos

ufgator:
Usually the most quiet have been Citricos, Blue Zoo, Palio, and Bistro D' Paris.
Portobello used to be relatively quiet, but this time (I'll do a review later in the week) it had more kids than we were used to seeing.

Uncle R glad to see another great review. We went to Citricos last September based on your recommondation and were delighted with the restaurant, food and service.

Smoked Carpaccio, now thats different. I love a good beef carpaccio.

Great review! My stomach's growling now! I made filet last night for dinner but it just didn't compare to Citrico's, haha. I've only been once (well, unless you count the Christmas dinner my neighbor made when I did my CP - he was an IP working as a chef at Citricos so we pretty much had a full Christmas dinner custom made by our very own Citricos chef - is everyone jealous now? LOL!) but I'm really struggling, trying to force myself to try something else next trip. I have a ressie at Cali Grill but I'm SO tempted to cancel and get into Citrico's again.

Great review. Although we didn't dine at Citricos this trip, we've gone once or twice a year for a while now. I think it has been gradually getting busier each trip for maybe two years. When we dined there in January, it was very full. I think the secret is out!

But it still doesn't seem too loud to me. The carpet and drapes help with that I think.

Anyway your dinners sound wonderful as was the review.

I've only eaten at Bistro out of these and loved that it was quiet. I'll have to try the other 3. Thanks. :)

Thanks for another great review! We had a bad experience with the service at Citricos and have never returned.

I have another question. We just changed our reservations for next week to go a night earlier and couldn't get BWI for the extra night so now we're staying at GF for the first night. We want to go to Citricos that night. I hope it's quieter than when you went. What do people wear there? Thanks for your help.

Glad you liked Citrico's on your return visit. Citrico's is one of the few fine dining restaurants at WDW that we have never tried. We will have to give it a try on our next trip in December. :)

Thanks for the excellent review, Uncleromulus. Citricos is on our list of restaurants to try on our next visit to WDW. :)
