Just got back from a great trip and had some highs and lows with our dining experiences:
Highs:
1- LeCellier, our steaks were cooked to perfection. Superb CM's with great service.
2- Jungle Skipper Canteen. We were a little afraid of this one as the menu items are "different". I loved the head on shrimp and DD loved the whole fried fish. Great CM and service.
3- Pandora Satuli Canteen, loved it! All three of us had different combo's and we all really enjoyed our dishes. Service was fast and really good.
4-TRex. We love this place, great good and really good service. Mushroom ravioli is so good!
5-Rose and Crown. This is a must every trip and it did not disappoint. Steak and fish, so yummy.
6- Sci-Fi. So much fun, great spinach dip and fried pickles. Great server.
Lows:
1- Yachtsman Steakhouse. We had a terrible server, he was very discombobulated and slow. We would not see him for a very long time, would not look at us and would forget what he was going to get us, like more water. DH had the worst steak he has ever had. He ordered the ribeye medium rare, it came out rare-like blue rare. Our waiter said they would take care of it. It came back burnt and way over done, about well done. The seasoning was all gone, just a nasty burnt taste. Management was great, they took care of us.
2-Via Napoli. We had a terrible server. He was never around, did not seem him for long, long lengths of time. He brought out DD's spaghetti 20min prior to DH and I getting our pizza's. The pizza's were great, DD's spaghetti was ok, she was done eating before we even got our food. This was a let down as last year we had great service!
Over all we had a great dining experience, only two bad experiences. I will give Via Napoli another chance next trip. One bad CM will not stop us, as the pizza is so good.
