Our DFTW Cost Breakdown- For those who asked

Bear with me, this is LONG!
I know some Disbrides on another thread were looking for a breakdown of how much DH and I spent on our whole wedding, and instead of taking the thread off-topic, I made a new one. Hope no one minds! Feel free to ask questions!
To preface this: We had a 10am Wishes Ceremony at Yacht Club Gazebo, an 11am/12pm Pre/Reception at Ariels on a Monday in value season, and a welcome party the night before. The welcome party was supposed to be on Shipwreck Beach but the weather moved us inside to the convention center.
We used outside photography, videography, hair/makeup, and I/my mom made the invitations, favors and programs. This breakdown is DISNEY FTW costs only.
If anyone wants the TOTAL breakdown, let me know. I would have to put that together separately. And if anyone wants/needs pictures, I have them too.

So here we go:
Total: $18,390

Welcome Party- $3,613
This includes:
-41 “Chip and Dale” Rehearsal Dinner Buffets @ $44pp = $1804
-4 Children’s “Chip and Dale Rehearsal Dinner Buffets @ $22pp = $88
-1 Gluten Free Child’s Meal @ $22pp - $22
-Hosted Beer and Wine Bar @ $7 each - (65 served drinks) = $455
-Soft Drinks, Assorted @ $3.75 each – (49 served) = $183.75
-Bottled Water @ $3.75 each – (14 served) = $52.50
Bar- $455, Catering Not Taxed- $52.50, Catering total- $2,097.75, Service Charge-
$521.05, Sales tax- $199.79 = TOTAL $3326.09
-Floral decorations @ $270 plus $17.55 tax for another $287.55

Pre-reception/Reception- $7,559
This include:
-Wedding Cake handling fee @ $117
-3 Vendor Meals @ $20 = $60
-Hosted Call Brand Bar @ $7 each (196 drinks) = $1,372
-Soft drinks @ $3.75 each (59 drinks) = $221
-Bottle Water @ $3.75 each (24 drinks) = $90
-Fruit with Dip @ $6.75 per guest (46 people) = $310
-Premium Cheese Display @ $9.50 per guest (46 people) = $437
-MODIFIED Gus Lunch Buffet @ $77 per guest (41 people) = $3,157
-Modified Gus Lunch Buffet for children @ $38.50 (4 children) = $154
-1 Gluten Free Child’s meal @ $20 = $20
Catering taxed- $4359, Bar- $1372, Catering not taxed- $90, Service Charge- $1164, Sales Tax- $455, Gratuity taxable- $117

Wedding Cake-
Coral & Shells, 3 Tier, Light Decoration
$585 for the cake, plus $100 for the castle cake topper = $685, not taxed

Wedding Ceremony-
Yacht Club Gazebo @ $1500, plus tax ($97.50) = $1,597.50

1 Motorcoach @ $748, not taxed
1 Violin Solo- Acoustic @ $525, not taxed
1 DJ package @ $1,750, not taxed
Wedding Ceremony/Reception Floral (I can break this down better later if wanted)- @ $1,753, not taxed

That really helps, even though im from the UK, because we wont be having a welcome dinner i dont think, but then it will add up because of flights and travelling.
