Let me start by saying my wife and I are taking our 4 girls to Disney for their first time and want it to be magical. We have 11 character meals (I know a bit much). We do have Deluxe Dining :) Our oldest was there a few times when she was little but has no recollection... The girls are 9, 8, 5, and 3. We are staying at ASM in a family suite May 23-29.

Monday:
Hollywood & Vine brunch
Chef Mickeys dinner

Tuesday:
Tusker House breakfast
Coral Reef dinner

Wednesday:
Cape May Cafe breakfast
off property lunch
Tutto Italia dinner

Thursday:
Ohana breakfast
1900 Park Fare early dinner
California Grill late dinner and Wishes
This day is a lot but only day I could get both in :(

Friday:
Akershus breakfast
Crystal Palace lunch
Teppan Edo late dinner

Saturday:
1900 Park Fare breakfast
San Angel lunch
Ohana dinner and Wishes

Sunday:
Hollywood & Vine breakfast
Boma dinner

Any pointers or advice? We are doing parks early with at least 2 hours at the hotel for downtime each afternoon too. It's also Star Wars weekend and the week after Star Tours opens so I expect it to be busy too. Thanks!

Is there a reason you're NOT doing Cindy's Table at the castle? I think I would change the H&V breakfast on your last day to this one if I could.

Wow, that is one busy plan! Personally, I think you've got too much traveling planned into your days, especially if you're taking breaks every day.

It would be easier to comment if you post which parks you're planning on being in each day, but just as an example: for Friday you have breakfast at Epcot, lunch at the Magic Kingdom, and dinner at Epcot. That's a lot of travel time! You'd be better off switching San Angel to your Epcot day, and booking Crystal Palace for a day you'll be at the Magic Kingdom.

I've been trying to get that one for 2 months with no luck :(

Seriously? You are going to be spending a lot of time traveling and eating. It would be better if you planned your meals around the parks you are planning on attending. Though it is possible---are you driving or using Disney transportation?

You aren't going to have enough time for anything but eating and traveling to/from restaurants ;) I'm all for trying new restaurants, but it doesn't sound very fun to be dashing from one park to the next to make the next reservation. Which parks are you going which days? That would help. Without knowing what parks, here's what I would keep/eliminate off the bat:

Skip:
Hollywood & Vine (both times)
1900 Park Fare (at least one of the two reservations)

You really should focus your restaurants on where you'll be that day. At a minimum, keep it it to 2 locations/parks per day...I also think that many character meals is overkill but that's a personal preference.

Too late to eliminate deluxe dining I bet, huh?

PS- We'll be there around the same time. :thumbsup2 Our trip is 5/21-5/29.
