We are leaving in just a few days for a 6 night WDW trip. I have obsessed over our schedule for months and everytime I think it's perfect, something comes up. So far we have...

Sat - MK: no ADRs
Sun - Epcot: Biergarten @7:30p
Mon - HS: Hollywood & Vine breakfast @ 8:00a
Tue - No parks scheduled. Ohana breakfast @ 10:55a, Boma dinner @ 7:30p
Wed - AK: Tusker House @ 11:50a
Thur - MK: no ADRs

My most recent plan had lunch at 2:10 at The Crystal Palace in MK on Thursday. I still have the ADR scheduled, but scheduled the girls for Pirates' League makeovers at 2:55 and 3:05. I just don't think that will be enough time. Plus, with the park opening early that day (8a) I think that may be too late for us to have lunch (we aren't big breakfast eaters).

Any thoughts?

I think you're right about that Crystal Palace reservation. It might be worth checking to see if you can move it earlier. They say to expect about an hour to see all characters, but sometimes you get lucky and arrive just at the start of a rotation. This happened to us last time and we had seen all 4 characters within 15 minutes of sitting down, and actually had them come back through before we were finished eating! Definitely not the norm though!

There's nothing else available for CP that day. I think I'm going to hang onto the one TS and we'll play it by ear.
