Well, back to the real world for me... Our family is suffering from Disney withdrawal of course. DS dealt with it by playing outside with his friends all day. DH is happy to be watching baseball and I went for a nice run (after unpacking everyone and doing laundry all day). One of my favorite parts of a Disney vacation is I eat "fun" but don't gain weight bc of all the walking. and my legs always feel strong on my first run back.
So my 55 min run brings me to 320/500 for the month.
I'm so inspired by the 30 day shred thread that I might have to join them next month after my race. Or maybe do the 90 day body revolution series I haven't gotten to yet - maybe finish before wine and dine training starts!
