Our Active April: W.I.S.H. Exercise Challenge

Life has been crazy and haven't been on the boards. Oh well. Start again w today. I still may make my goal this month ;-)

Well, back to the real world for me... Our family is suffering from Disney withdrawal of course. DS dealt with it by playing outside with his friends all day. DH is happy to be watching baseball and I went for a nice run (after unpacking everyone and doing laundry all day). One of my favorite parts of a Disney vacation is I eat "fun" but don't gain weight bc of all the walking. and my legs always feel strong on my first run back.

So my 55 min run brings me to 320/500 for the month.

I'm so inspired by the 30 day shred thread that I might have to join them next month after my race. Or maybe do the 90 day body revolution series I haven't gotten to yet - maybe finish before wine and dine training starts!
 
After a day off yesterday because we were out of town, I was back to the 30 DS today. 27 minutes for me.

Wow -- I managed to finish way early this month -- 2001/2000 already!

I'll give credit to all of that yardwork...yuck!

I'm not nearly as far ahead as I thought I'd be this month but still much better than I have been in the past so it's all good :)

Started out my day with a 45 minute low impact aerobics class. Then I did Week 5 Day 3 of C25K and Week 3 of C25K for a total of 98 minutes and approximately 7 miles.

That brings my total to:
1455/1200
 
27 minutes of 30ds today. I'm hoping to do some yoga tonight, too.
Total=832/900

240 minutes running.biking yesterday, 40 minutes workout today.

1422 +280=1702/2500 so far.
 
45 min elliptical @ gym 15 min run

942/900. I'm going to see how far I can go this month
