Our Active April: W.I.S.H. Exercise Challenge

Alrighty, so far I've got 60 minutes moving stock (soda is heavy :/), 30 minutes gym, 45 minutes training session, 30 minutes misc exercising.
So that makes it... 165/1000. Not terrible so far.

Didn't get a chance to post Wednesday...an hour WERQ class and an hour YogaFit class bring me to:

My bone spur on the back of my heel flared up during class so I took yesterday and today off...hoping it will be better tomorrow.

Walk with the kid to the farmer's market and back: 1 hour 9 minutes

I got in a very short run last night 30 min.... So 140/500 I think.

Off to get my pre-trip pedi! Definitely no running tonight after that. :)
 
35 min. Dog walk. 2 miles, really slow, I am out of shape, but my poor Ben is a couch potato! Working up the distance slowly, poor boy!

35 mins strength followed by 60 min zumba class followed by 60 mins swimming with the kiddos (well they swam for 2 hours, ahh to be young :))
