We are doing the Kentucky Derby Festival Mini Marathon. Just up I-65. Running might be stretching it for what I'm doing tomorrow. Probably be more like shuffling for 13 miles. Have a great time in Nashville!

Oof I have totally dropped the ball this month! I'm only at 410/750 and have been terrible about updating! This was my first month and coincided with an especially tough work situation and being glued to my TV for a week. Not making excuses, just figuring out what I need to keep in mind going forward and not let myself get off track!
I plan on walking ~5K tomorrow so that should add another hour 60 or so, so I guess I should have made my goal 500 for a start. Next month includes 6 days at WDW so we all know I'll get my walking in then! LOL!
35 minutes rainy hilly 5k this morning. I like running on the high school track but then when I run a race, my time always suffers. Oh well, at least I did it.

I prefer running on the high school track too, but I make myself run hilly roads once a week (or at least once every other week) for the ankle strength and hill work. It does seem to help my speed when I then run on the flat track or treadmill, an vice versa.
45 min speed workout at the track this morning.
450/500.
