Travel Party: Myself (33), DW (32), DD (4), DD (6-month), Grandpa (69), Grandma (65)

1 - 5 Night GF with DDP, 2 Garden-View Rooms
6 - 7 Night SSR, Two-Bedroom Villa
8 - 11 Night Disney Wonder, 2 Staterooms
12-15 Night Dolphin, 2 Rooms

The above in Bold are fixed. We are not going to change those.
** I can rent a car during 6-7th night if required, for luggage transfers and transportation to port
---------------------------------------------------------------------
1). The 2-night stay at SSR mainly for - washing clothes before cruise, DD4 likes the Donald Duck Splash Pool area during last visit. Nothing else.
2). Dolphin - wanted to book Swan but full. Wanted a cheaper & quiet hotel in the world. The 12-15 days are mainly designated for Blizzard Beach, Outlet shopping, and maybe MGM.

Now, DW suggests to stay closer to Port the night before cruise. This way I may have to move the 2-night stay in SSR. If you were me, what would you do?

Option A - Stay 1 night at SSR, and then move to Radisson at the Port for another night? Any hassle for multiple check-in & out GF -> SSR -> Radisson?

Option B - Cancel the entire SSR stay. Add an extra night of GF, and go directly to Radisson after that. This would be a relatively expensive option since adding extra night of stay implies adding dining plan too.

Option C - Cancel the entire SSR stay, stay two nights at port. What to do there?

Option D - Ignore DW. Follow the original plan above - leave SSR around 9:30am on the day of cruise ;)

--------------------------------------------------------------------

Dolphin - Worthwhile to stay there? Or there are any "hotels" offering a better rate?

Note that I have infant and seniors, I would like to plan carefully to avoid any problems.
