up early and unpacked , all washed and ready for US.
Before we head over to the park we have a look around the hotel, and it really is a beautiful hotel. so off we go to get the boat to Citywalk. Its extremely warm but i am not complaining, wife is as she is having a bit of a problem with her foot [she had an operation on it about 6 weeks ago, and she is going to have to use crutches] stop of for picture at the US globe before entering
[have to find out how to post pics, any info greatly appreciated] we decide to just do the rides as it is warm and then we will head back about 1oclock to the hotel.
first up was Shrek 4D, an excellent experience DD and DW loved it think we where on it about 4 times in all ,thanks to the front of the line with our room keys, headed on down after i managed to get DW out of the shops, next was ROTM well what can i say i have been waiting a long time to do this , and it lived up to my epectations, DW and DD would not get on it again, DW said it scared the pants of her, so on we go, listened to a bit of music from the Blues Brothers who where very good, and had a few drinks, move on to do Earthquake which was ok, then on down to Jaws which was good DD and DW liked this and would go on it again, we stop at Mels drive in for a bite to eat , and decide to head back, as DW is struggling a bit, to hotel pool for a while , after all we have a week to go round the parks.
So get back find a few beds without any problem and have a bit of sunbathing , decide to have our dinner at the pool about 7oclock and stay there to about 9 before heading to room and bed.
