HI, everyone!!! I hope to have the final installment up by the end of the week. This week has been real crazy around here.....shopping for a new house in another state, Ds's 8th birthday, etc.

Good luck with the house hunting, Happy birthday to DS.party:

So sorry to hear about your friend's loss.

Thanks so much for sharing your trip with us. The pictures are amazing. I had to laugh when I read you were worried about the "breakables". That would be something I would be worried about and my "baby" turns 14 in two weeks! :lmao: I'm glad everyone was so attentinve to your son - it must be hard being a big brother to 2 incredibly cute babies and I'm sure he loved the extra attention. And to have your own personal guide for the evening!! I just love Disney.

Good Morning does not even come close to describing waking up in the castle...I'm sorry...THE CASTLE!!! It was a Great Morning, Incredible Morning....In Our Wildest Dreams of a Morning!!

I was already lying in bed awake soaking in the atmosphere when we got our 7 am wake up call from Kamden. Kamden took Jason's place downstairs. She was equally as delightful as Jason and Daniel:love: . We all got dressed and was looking forward to our Crystal Palace Breakfast at 9am. We gathered our belongings and left them in the room so they could be whisked away for later. Kamden walked us to breakfast and gave the CM at the podium our names and we were immediately taken to our table. This was our first time eating at the CP and Dissers are right....the french toast is to die for!

Ds is sad that today we have to leave

After breakfast, DS was bummed because he didn't get to see Mickey to get his autograph this trip. Well, when Kamden heard this she told DS that she might be able to go catch Mickey before he went on stage in front of the castle. She ran with DS's book and pen as we waited by the CP. After a minutes, she ran back with not only Mickey's signature, but Goofy and Donald's too!!!! donald was being silly and signed way in the back of the book:rotfl: This made DS's day!! Kamden knew we had to get on the road to head back to LA, but asked if there was anything we wanted to do before we left. DS needed a couple more pins for his hat so she took us to the pin/jewelry shop on Mainstreet. Then she drove us back to the SOG so we could check out and say good-bye to our second home:sad1: We didn't want to leave, but could not wait to share our experience with our friends and families!!! We will never look at the castle the same again:wizard:

Thank you to everyone who read my trip report. Thanks for sticking with me through my friend's awful time. Thanks to Disney for making our dream of a lifetime come true...we will never forget:grouphug:

Please feel free to ask any questions.

HI, and thanks for loving my trip report. I have heard to take young children to eat at Chef Mickey's on your first day so they can get used to the characters. We went on our second day and that seemed to work out good. They were shy there, but it really gave the babies a chance to sit back and watch the characters at the other tables as well. By the time we ate at CP they were used to seeing the characters. That was our experience....hope this helps:)

It seems like it has worked out that we go about every four years. So, we have already talked about how the twins will be 5 years old next trip. It will be a completely different Disney vacation than this one I'm sure. We met a couple on the monorail who had their 5 year old twins with them. Their last trip was when they were one! They said they were having so much fun and enjoyed being able to stay out late, etc.

We will always have a special connection with the castle! I can't wait to walk past the castle in four years and point at it telling the twins, "Can you believe YOU slept in the castle?"
