Our 13 Mos. Old Twins, Easter Wk & A Night in the Castle Magical Trip LASTUPDATE 6/5

sorry for all of the unfortunate events on your trip, dirty diapers, DH and you sick. Boy what a rocky start. Glad that it ends on a better note.

Oh this is just precious!! The way your baby boy is looking at Mickey1! :goodvibes It's like he's saying "excuse me, who invited you? We're having a private lunch here THANK you!" :lmao:

:grouphug: OMG, I'm so sorry that you were ill, but so glad you got over it quickly!

Thank you so much for the update and the photos - I saw that your son even had limey shoes! Way to go! :thumbsup2

Looking forward to more -popcorn::

I am so sorry that you were sick for the trip, but you are right about being sick put you in the right place at the right time. I can not wait to read more!!!!!

Ugh, what a day for you! Illness is the Great Equalizer at WDW - even the best-laid plans can be halted by a stupid stomach bug.

I'm so glad your guys got to sneak in a few rides and that you all had a fun dinner, though!

I am so sorry to hear you weren't feeling well. But I can't WAIT to hear about your castle stay! I have a 5 year old & a 8 month old little boy.... when we take our vacation to WDW in June he will be approx 10 months old! I think I am CRAZY for ever planning this trip! I love to read other trip reports and see how their "little ones" faired!

I can't believe I just put pictures of me on the internet with NO MAKEUP! But, guess what? I didn't even get the makeup out of the bag the whole entire trip. No time:confused3

Have you seen the picture of me below? :scared1: No make up, IN A SWIM SUIT, no glasses, hair pulled back. GAD!!!!! But I still love that pictute. You looked great, BTW!

LOVED the pictures of your kiddos playing at the resort. Those moments are soooooo sweet.:cloud9: To me those are the best moments.

I agree with a previous poster. You were sick so your schedule could be rearranged in order to be in the right spot at the right time. Can't wait to hear about it.

how horrible to get a stomache bug while in WDW, but you have a good way of looking at it, that bug led to your castle suite. I can't wait to read about it.
The babies are so cute, I love those round baby cheeks.

I am really enjoying your TR thread.:)
We had similar plan "disruptions", but we just stuck with that old mantra:"Adjust, Adapt and Overcome". Stuff happens, especially with kids!
Cannot wait until you get to the Castle part, but your TR is pretty fascinating so far. Our DDs are 6 and 4, so I cannot imagine how you deal so well with 13 month twins.
BTW I have another reason to be jealous of you; you look great in those pictures even w/o makeup!:thumbsup2 Don't sell yourself short, between the lengthy trip, the illnesses of you both and tending to your kids it is little wonder you look so relaxed and smiling.

I am hooked!! I am enjoying your TR. We just went earlier this week with our 13 month old. He sure was a handful! Kudos to you for taking two at this age.

I can't wait to read all about your magical stay in the castle!

Are we there yet? Are we there yet? I am mickey green with envy! Dying to see pics of the castle!:woohoo:

I am so sorry that you got sick! But you are right---if you had not been sick then you would not have been at the right place and the right time! I am really enjoying your TR and the pics of your kids having fun are great! I look forward to more!

See! Everything happens for a reason! I can't wait to hear about your night in the castle! :wizard:

I am also very interested since we are taking our dd in Ocotber when she will be 18 months! :bride: You going with 3 kids, twin 13 month olds at that has really made me feel like I have no reason to worry about bringing just one toddler!:lmao:

:goodvibes I'm really hoping that you'll post pics. :goodvibes

(Of the castle suite, not the effects of your stomach bug!)

Kathy

Enjoying reading about your trip.

I feel for you while reading all that was happening. I'm so glad to know all ends happily in the end! I can't wait for the rest!

Oh, I'm hooked!

I took my son at 18 months, and that was a challenge...I can only imagine 2 even younger! You're a brave lady! :goodvibes

I can't wait to read more!

OP! Come back and finish, please!

Honestly, I can't imagine how busy you must be with those twins, but I'm selfishly checking for updates at this point!

:3dglasses

Oh no sickness at WDW! Can't wait to hear about the rest of your trip.

Kerrie
