OTU Points Allowed w/ Borrowing Restrictions?

I will call MS to confirm, but I wanted to check here as well (forgive me if this was already mentioned, but I couldn't find anything by searching)

With the current restrictions on borrowing points, are we still allowed to buy up to 24 OTU points? I wouldn't think we'd be able to do one without the other, but then again, buying OTU points gives DVC additional revenue, so I'm sure they like that..

Yes, they are allowing it still. Same rules though...7 month window only,
