Just 3 other quick questions:

1) Do you recieve a discount on the park passes through the Vacation Club? Which passes/what discount?

2) Can you make you other room reservations with the Vacation Club? For example if we are staying Friday-Friday.....can I make my Friday/Saturday regular Disney resort reservations through the vacation club and then the VC nights as well?

3) How quickly do the resorts fill up? Since this is our first time making a reservation...looking for July 2003. Possibly using our home resort (Beach club) or using BW or OKW due to lower points...what are our chances of getting the 7 month reservations at our non home base? Thanks

10% off length of stay pass (now called Ultimate Park Hopper Pass). No other theme park ticket discounts.

Yes, I believe MS can do ressies at other Disney hotels but if you want to make sure you get discounted rates you should consider doing it yourself through CRO.

If you are talking about the week July 4 is in then make ressies definitely 11 months out at BCV (if you have not called yet call now). Even other times in July you should call now for BCV--summer is a somewhat lighter DVC demand season but still best to make ressies as early as possible. Note, even if you plan to reserve elsewhere at 7 months out, call now and reserve BCV to assure you will have something. You can then cancel BCV at 7 months when you make the switch. Possibility of getting BWV lower point cost standard view at 7 months out is next to nil (people who own at BWV who are calling now can't even get July time in a standard view as they went fast at 11 months out). Much better chance of getting OKW except possibly for that July 4 week.
