My fiance and I are planning to get married at The Chapel of Love in Eustis, Florida- Just wondering if anyone else has been married there or planning to be married there?
Also, we are planning to have a lunch (wedding is at 1) at one of the resorts after the wedding . We are looking for a buffet . I'm not sure if Ohana opens that early - What are everyone's ideas on O'hanas, Chef Mickey's, 1900 Fare or the Fresh Buffet? Any other suggestions are welcome. What about bringing a cake in? Anyone know if they allow that?
:bride:

Thanks !!

About the cake, some restaurants actually make specialty cakes, not sure about wedding cakes, but call and ask

Hi...iam getting married outside of DW as well. :sunny:
We are staying at WL our first week...then moving to a condo in BAhama Bay.
We are getting married there. It looks gorgeous..palm trees and a beach.
We are getting married at 11am...But not having our meal till 4.30pm at 1900 Park fare. Followed by an evening in the Mk. We chose this restaurant because we will have 5 kids with us..and the GF is so lvely too. :)

About the cake...you can order from the restaurant you are going too about a week before.
We are having one of those little minature wedding cakes..with the castle on top. It will be just for DF and I.
The kids iam thinking of getting a slipper desert...and the other adults can attack the dessert buffet.

Thanks for the information - If you don't mind asking how many people are attending? We are inviting around 100 but only expect between 25-40.

We are having only 7 guests..including our own 2 children :) So very small.
Because we are getting married at 11am..I thought about having a lunch reception but there are not many places open for lunch.Plus by the time we have done the photos etc ...
I see you are getting married at 1pm..so by the time you have your photos etc and have got to DW it will be about 3pm.If you could book a meal for 4 or 4.30 a lot more options would be open to you.
Do you have any idea were you would like to eat?

Edited...Ahh..I see you have mentioned a few restaurants. I think Ohana would be good for your group..its served family style..brought to the table for you..You would have to book several tables to fit your party but it seems a good option for you.
