Has anyone used this site to book rooms?

I actually looked them up just recently, as they came up with a too-good-to-be-true price on Great Wolf Lodge in Niagara Falls (via a search for prices on TripAdvisor).

The online reviews are horrendous......scads of negative reports from billing issues to showing up with a room reservation only to find no such reservation exists. Perhaps they really are legit, but I read enough bad stuff to make me stay far, far away.

It depends, really. Our Disney trip was booked direct with Disney. Our Universal/IOA trip was booked through Expedia (flight + hotel). Our summer trip to Westgate Lakes last August was booked direct with Westgate under one of their timeshare presentation deals. Our SeaWorld Christmas trip was booked direct with SeaWorld via one of their vacation packages. This summer's trip was booked through JetBlue Getaways (got a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa for $120 per night taxes included, no timeshare preview required). I basically just keep searching and searching until I find a great rate on a property I'm looking for, and eventually something turns up .

Is there a specific hotel or resort that you are hoping to get a certain price on?

Not really, the Residence Inn that you stayed at looks quite nice, it is for my son, his wife, son and daughter. The kids will be 9 and 12. They were looking for something a little bigger than just a room with two beds. They like the idea of having a sitting area apart from the sleeping area. They are on a budget. They have 5 day hopper passes, a water park, SW and Universal, all to do in 12 days, so they want to keep it budget friendly and really won't have a lot of down time. It is the kids first trip. Springhill Suites and Residence Inns look like what they will be looking for. They don't want to cook, but would like a fridge and microwave, a breakfast would be a bonus.
