OT....wish me luck

Going witht a friend out to dinner...a steak house near the theater district and then to see Jesus Christ SuperStar. Wish me luck. I have not really gone out to eat at a good place where I may really want to cheat in a very long while.

Been having a real rough time health wise and otherwise and really hope tomight helps.

You can do this, glo, and you know it. Just order shrimp scampi or a steak or something. Surely there is something without hi carb sauce available at this restaurant.

Good luck, I have no doubt that you will do just fine tonight. Don't doubt yourself. You can do this. Just stay determined.

Have you ever had blue cheese (is that ok on Atkins?) on your steak? When we lived in WA- a bunch of restaurants up there would put it on until it's just melting- it's wonderful!! You'll do fine- I can see it now- grilled veggies steak and a side salad- YUM!! Enjoy the show and I hope you go out and splurge on a new outfit!!

Have a great time tonight! I know you'll do fine. You've been on Atkins so long it must be second nature to you by now...

Focus on the FUN of the evening, not the food. Good conversation with a dear friend, in a festive atmosphere where someone else is doing the cooking and taking care of you!

And the show!! I love the music from JCSS. I think it's held up extremely well over the years. Very emotional, very uplifting. This sounds like just exactly what you need tonight.

Dress up for a night on the town, and have a GREAT time! (It's true, we will all be watching over your shoulder!)

What a gut wrenching show...I have seen it before, but the crucifixion was too realistic...When Mary M sang "I don't know how to love him" I cried...


OK, now for the meal...yes, I cheated...I cheated like you wouldn't believe. 1 roll, and we split a slice of chocolate cake and cheese cake...the rest was all Atkins approved. Oh and I had some mint lime drink that was yummy, but based with rum

Ok, so I was bad...and the meal cost us $135 with tip for just the two of us at this restaurant... I only se Jo 1 or 2 a year, and well...I"ll be back on the Atkins wagon tomorrow.
