OT - Where can I get a helium ballon blown up?

I have a balloon I bought on clearance at Walmart. I just remembered it this morning and I don't want to buy a tank.

We are going to Chuck E Cheese to play games (not by my choice). do you think they'll do it? Walmart, The Party Store...?

We've taken ours to our local super market and they just charged about 50 cents to blow one up for us that we brought in from the outside.

Party City will also blow up balloons that you bring in. I can't remember exactly how much they charge, but it was less than $1.

if it's a mylar balloon, dollar tree will blow it up for you. for some reason, they say (at least, at my local store) that they cannot blow up latex balloons. i find it odd, but whatever.

My walmart blows up your balloons, mylar or latex, for .50 ea.
