OT-What does YOUR username mean?

I'm a teacher & my DH is a pharmacist. So, we both use this user name on a lot of our stuff.

Not much 'splaining to do with my name. I love Disney to the point where I may need some sort of therapy...at least my family thinks so. But these boards are the best therapy EVER!

mine is mommy to my 3, because it was shortly after my third childs birth.. now I have 4 children though! I wish I could change it without losing my posts!

I have many friends who like the other blue (Duke), but I know that there is only one True Blue...
CAROLINA BLUE! (Go Heels!) :cheer2:

Mine is first three letters of my DS's name Parker, and last three letters of my DD's Faith, and the number is a combination of their birthdates.

My name explains it all. This is my story:

In Aug 2004 the day before dd's 1st bday I was diagnosed w/ HD lymphoma. I went through treatments until the end of the year and the first two months of 2005. In July 05 I returned for a check up a little was still there and it spread. In Aug 05 I was diagnosed w/ persistant HD. In Sept after Hurricance Katrina I ended up in Houstan at MDAnderson where I would undergo another regimen of chemo and a stem cell/bone marrow transplant. They told me 6mths- 1yr before I would have my transplant and be able to go home again. Well after two treatments of the new regimen and a week in ICU on life support I proved them wrong. In dec 05 they prepared me to harvest my stem cells and and I returned to the hospital for another round of chemo for the transplant. On Jan 4 2006 I had my stem cell transplant. On Jan 17th I was released from the hospital. On Feb 5th I was released to retun home to my family. I also join this forum in 2006.

I loooooovvvvveeeee flip flops. Favorite footwear - ashame they don't go well with suits.

I am a former CM and I would watch Spectromagic go by where I worked twice every summer evening. My favorite character in Spectro is the Ostrich that is all by herself on a float. Her title on the schedule is the 'Divaostrich'.

the short story.. I like plants.

the long story, I got my undergraduate degree in Horticultural Therapy. I toyed with the idea of starting my own business right after I got the degree, and my husband joked, that I could be called the "Plantlady".

Whenever i get the chance I am looking for Southwest Deals from Islip, NY to Orlando.....ISP to MCO:cool1:

Well, because we have six! Kids that is. Five boys and one girl. The boys are ages 27, 25, 13, 12, and 9 years old. My dd is 11 years old. The oldest 2 are out on their own now. My 27 year old is married and has 2 kids of his own. So if you count my ddil and dgchildren, we have nine.

Now before someone starts to wonder if I am crazy, let me assure you that I definitely am nuts. Here's the proof: Almost 8 years ago, DH and I adopted a sibling group of 4 kids who were at that time 2, 3, 4, and 5 years old. Also, I'm a pre-k teacher in a public school. So obviously I am a glutton for chaos! No danger of me ever being bored though! I love my huge family and all the mess, noise and chaos that comes with them.

Mine is a homage to my favorite Disney movie: Escape to Witch Mountain

I've always wished for a cat like Winky, a twin brother, a Winnebago, and (most of all) a Starbox with a secret map. :goodvibes

What a great story. I love to hear when people don't give in to the BIG C and kick deaths _ss!!!!!

I like the saying (How much can a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could wood? A woodchuck could chuck as much wood that a woodchuck could chuck if a woodchcuck could chuck wood!) LOL :rotfl2:

I love the monorail is the first part & I picked silver because I originally wanted coral but it was taken (this is email I am talking about) & dh said "hurry up pick a new one" & silver was the first one that came to my mind.

So not only is it my email but it is my username pretty much everywhere.

Did you know that it was on the Hallmark channel a month or so ago followed by Part 2. I never liked part 2 but I loved the original.

I try to remember to see what is on the Hallmark channel on Sat am at 10. The few times I have rememberd I was in heaven with all the classic Disney movies.

I think on Presidents Day (or some other Monday that all the kids were off from school) Swiss Family was on & I think Pollyanna was on prior. And I swear there was one other classic on too.
