OT Turkey Lake/Universal

Well school starts next week and I usually take DD somewhere before summer ends. Decided we'd go to Universal for a change since our SP's are blacked out til Thursday.

We're gonna stay a couple nights at Turkey Lake and maybe swing one or two nights at the fort. Look forward to seeing some dis'ers. Anybody comin this week?

Stacktester never been to Turkey Lake but I've heard its a nice campground. How far is it from Universal?

It's about a 10 minute ride to Universal from the campground. I stayed there in March and it was very shady and clean. Looking forward to going there again.

Arrived in today at Turkey Lake. Man $15 for a site seems like going back in time. Going to go to Universal in the morning and I of A on Thursday. May get to the fort Thursday night.
