OT - Searching function disabled?

Hi all,

I am trying to search for items on the cruise site and it is saying search function disabled. Anyone know how to enable it or is it like this for everyone?

Webmaster Kathy told me that they are doing Maint and it's been shut down for a while

Thats what I thought too - but I'm still getting a "searching has been disabled" message

the new search function only shows my posts starting in July where are the rest of them?
