OT - question for PA lawyers

I'm trying to find out what the following abbreviations mean on a public court docket (criminal case). This is what the latest entry says:

Information filed
RIOC - 12/16/09
DKTD - 12/17/09

Chester County District Attorney's Office

In addition, all of his cases are now listed as "closed". Not "Adjudicated" or "Active" just "closed".

Any ideas what this means???

I can't help with the first abbreviation, but the second is "Docketed".
