I have not read through the other replies so I am sorry if this has already been posted. With my first I was deathly ill, only gained 6 pounds over the entire pregnancy. With my daughter I found a new OBGYN. The first thing he did was take me off of prenatal vitamins, this was after trying several different ones, even ones with extra B6. Then he had, and I know this sounds weird, he had me take a unisom every night. I have no idea why, but it totally got rid of the naseau. I had a much more enjoyable pregnancy after that.
With a milder case, try adding B6, preggo pops, ginger cookies or candy, pepermint tea, eating more often smaller meals, avoid soda or other sweet drinks, avoid spicy foods, and don't lay down right after eating. Good luck and a huge congrats.
ETA: Oh, and try the pressure bands that you put on your wrists. Ask your OBGYN for phenagran cream, and over the counter you can get an anti-nausea medicine, but I can't remember the name of it right now, it is near the dramamine and the pepto, you will find the wirst bands there too.
