Just brought Kyra another pair of ballet shoes off Ebay, im hoping these ones actually turn up because the others ones never did.

Gosh, thanks Emma. You've just reminded me. I have to get Louise a new pair as well. Have just put it on my to-do list. Seems to be growing longer each day!

I've just ordered her whole uniform from there except the Skirt, need to buy that at the lesson on Thurs as i cant remember the type i need to buy...£50 well spent lol. Just hope it comes by Thurs.

I can buy her shoes from anywhere but for her leotard/skirt/cardi, I have to get it from the ballet school as they want them all to be wearing the same, which is a real pain coz I have to make an extra trip to a different hall on Sat mornings where they keep the stuff (her lesson is on Monday). Can't wait for her to grow out of her pink one now - she'll be wearing purple next (this is her 3rd year of ballet). I just want to buy her a new outfit really

I think for Kyra's age they don't really mind if the uniform is a bit different as when we went the other week some girls had pink tutus on when the school uniform is a pale blue leotard with a blue skirt and pink cardigan.

Just brought some ballet tights aswell as I don't think socks will bode well in this weather lol.

She's only been once, we missed last weeks lesson as we was in DLP but she seemed to enjoy it.

Its something nice for her to do once a week, plus gets her mixing with other children ready for pre-school in Janaury.

Thats a good idea Emma. The number of children who come to our nursery who are not used to mixing with other children is quite high. It is much easier for those who are used to mixing with others to adjust to pre school.

I just would hate her to go pre-school and not have any idea on how to make friends or socalise with children her age.

She made us queue up for Mickey on the last day as she wanted a photo of all us with him so she could put it in the frame she got for my mum. Well when i went to my mums yesterday the photo in the frame was one of her and my brother and Mickey....So basically i wasted time for no reason when me and Kyra could of been doing some shopping or something.

Told my mum id give her a nicer photo to put in there lol.

Crikey. I've just seen the time. I think I'd better go downstairs and spend some time with the hubby . I've been up here since I've put the kids to bed at 7.45. I tend to go online after that anyway (and he's on his laptop) but I usually go downstairs at about 9pm.

The time on this DIS board is different?! I thought I was going mad for a sec - it said 9.44 on my pc.. then when I had posted the msg, it said on the msg that it was 9.25. Has it always been a bit behind? (Just never noticed it)
