Parents of toddlers, please help:

I had a free sample diaper that I think was from Pampers sitting on my changing table that I used for my dd 19months last week. It was sort of like a Pull-up (I know that is a different brand), but it wasn't an "Easy-Up". It went on like a pull-up/easy-up, but absorbed like a diaper. It was billed as a diaper to use for active toddlers who can have their diaper changed standing up. Anway, it worked well and my dd19 months loved it! She keeps untaping her diapers (so I've taken to putting them on backwards) and this "sample" eliminated that issue.

Does anyone know what product I am talking about?

I think what you are looking for are the Pampers Easy Ups. The Easy Ups are not Pampers version of a pull-up, that is the Pampers Feel 'n Learn. Easy ups are just like diapers except they have stretchy sides that tear away and no velcro. They are just as absorbant as a diaper. Hope that helps.

It sounds like a Huggies convertible to me. We usually use cloth on dd2, but when we were on vacation, we used a combination of convertibles and easy ups. The convertibles were just like a diaper with side openings, but the easy up was more like a pull up with a different kind of fastener than huggies pull ups.

What characters are on it? The convertibles that we used had Pooh and the easy ups had Dora.

My dd1 uses easy ups and feel and learns, and they seem the same to me except for the "feel wet" strip on the feel and learns.

If it was a Pampers brand product, I believe you were using a "First Steps." Pampers has discontinued First Steps, but has started to make smaller sized Easy Ups. I find them about as absorbant as a Cruiser. We switched to that style when the little one decided to get up and run every time we took his diaper off.

ETA- my dad used electrical tape to keep my diapers on when I went through the diaper removal stage. :lmao:

This might be it! To be honest, I don't know how long I've had it under the changing table...it could have been sitting there since dd4 was a toddler and just finally I grabbed it out of desperation when we were out of diapers.

Too bad they are discontinued...it was great!
