Hope it goes well, my daughter Isobel also starts pre-school tomorrow, she will be going 5 mornings a week. I struggled to get her to try on her uniform, so I'm dreading getting her dressed in the morning!
If only she could wear her Belle dress to school, would be so much easier!

My DD is off school today, she has been sick this moring all over her bed. She is in bed now reading, hope she is better tomorrow.

Certainly in July there was some lovely adult fleeces, I got a new Tigger fleece (pull on with hood), but there was also zipped ones as well.

It wasnt too bad - we only really queued for Vampire (about 45mins) - but it was worth it

To anyone that is interested i have just had an email from Play.com to say they are now selling toys on their website.

Just had a quick look and they have loads of Disney princess dresses on there at around £18.00, some even less. Considering how much they charge at DLP i thought that was quite good.

Unfortunately my girls are now 19 and 15 so i don't think princess dresses would appeal to them

Good Evening! Had a really frustrating day at work today, one child didn't turn up this morning, rang at lunchtime to check they knew we were back to be told they no longer wanted the place! It amazes me how inconsiderate some people are, everything has been put in place for this child (name pegs, profile, register etc.,) Have another that hasn't turned up but can't get hold of them at the moment, parents filling in funding forms and then changing their minds on how many sessions they want!
By the time I left at 4 o'clock I was ready to scream!!!

I know the feeling - part of my job is sorting out childcare places for young parents who want to go to College and set up the funding for it. As you can imagine this time of year is when Im busiest.
Every year I get people who change their mind at the last minute after everything has been arranged and Ive spent time running round getting the funding set up. Every year I also get them who are coming to see me at this late stage amazed that there are no nursery places available as they didnt think about it in advance.

That is so rude! How frustrating too for the parents of other children who would have wanted the places! I imagine it's hard work remaining polite when parents are changing their minds - talk about last minute! We agreed Isabelle's days before the end of the summer term!

She had her first morning today! Which went really well and I managed to spend most of the time cleaning! Apart from when I was printing out the photo I took of her before she left this morning!

Hope you have a better day tomorrow, it's my first day back after two weeks off so I imagine I'll have had enough by 4.30 too!

She had a great time thanks! Didn't tell me much about it until bedtime, then when she had no other distractions we had a lovely chat! Tomorrow I go back to work though so it will be my parents who will be taking her - I hope that goes as smoothly!
