Evening all

Well, been to the hospital and 4.5 hrs and several tests later I have a viral infection!!! I feel like I've wasted loads of peoples' time but it was the GP who insisted I went after listening to me! I'm glad I've gone though as my back was agony so they've recommended what I can take (I'm breastfeeding DD2 so a bit limited)....

Thanks for all the hugs though! I have to say I was a little worried - not often a GP says you must go straight to hospital!! :scared1:
Really glad everything was ok Patsy!:goodvibes I would be the same if it was my doctor!

I'm off to the doctors today, my poor doctor wont know whats hit him, hes been off for a month and ive been building up my list of ailments for him to check out :lmao:

Good afternoon everyone! :goodvibes Hayfever is out again!:sad2: I just know am gonna have it on Wednesday and go the airport with a runny nose, and sneezing and get turned away!!:lmao:
Been shopping again today, couldn't resist some last holiday bits! :goodvibes

Hi all

Buttercup - you won't have any room in your case the way you are ou get going :)

Small World - how exciting - have a fab time, can't wait to hear about it when you get back.

Nikki - I suffer terribly with my back since I had DD2 (think it's partly my stomach muscles sadly) and I've been seeing a chiropractor since about Aug last year - it's cost me a fortune and tbh I don't think it's doing any good - not got much faith in him. When we lived in the Midlands I used to go to one who was fab - she was tiny too - really petite but could really throw you around/crack some joints - ha ha! Acu might be worth a try??

Emma - hope you are Ok. Tbh I never (or rarely) go to the GP for myself - often there for one of the girls though! Think that's why I don't bother much for myself if I can help it but my Mum insisted I went as she said I looked grey lol!!

Gosh, I'm really missing my smilies wish I could get them to work!! :confused3 Ha - one just worked whoo hooo :cool1: How odd???

Bob - Sept will be here before you know it hun - I can't believe we are in Aug this weekend - Christmas next :scared1:

Well i went to the doctors, i have to see him every 4 weeks for my medication but he buggered off on holiday so hadnt seen him for 6 weeks.

Had a good old moan to him, he had these bone models on his shelf and i was so tempted to ask if they was real bones...but refrained from asking as he prob would of called the men in white coats in :lmao:

My CPN and GP have arranged for me to do some computer course in September thats set up for people with mental health problems they think it will help my paranoia and anxiety problems. I know i will be looking over my shoulder the whole time im there :lmao: I don't want to go to it but they wont sign me back into work/college untill i can prove i wont crack up :lmao:

How long does it last? I think it's bad that they're practically forcing you to go to it.

I have no idea, i know you get a qualification out of it. I did want to go straight back to college when DD starts school full time but they dont want me to rush straight into it. So i have to do this course first to get my confidence up....great :lmao:

I'm sure i'll have a nervous breakdown after a week of starting it :rotfl2:

I'm sure it will be ok :surfweb: as long as you stay positive.

I had a rubbish day at work so I amused myself by seeing how many times I could say "Disney" while I was in an important meeting :mickeyjum Kept me amused!

:goodvibes Yes, and we're both planning a trip to Auberge!

Where are you staying?

Staying at our fave hotel the Cheyenne.

We stayed at the NPB last May and its a HUGE hotel, but very very nice.

What day are you planning on eating at the Auberge?

Goodness only knows!! At the moment it's pencilled in for our last day, but the itinerary keeps changing! Every day I come on here I read something else that makes me change my mind :rotfl:

Tonight I was reading about the Express lunches which sound really good value and might be better than trying to have a big meal at Walt's while watching the parade (another thing I read on here!)
