OT - non Disney family resorts

Just back from WDW and already planning our next vacation. DH and I will be celebrating our 5 year anniversary next summer and want to go somewhere with our two kids who will be 3 y.o. and 5 months at the time. We're looking for a resort that caters well to kids in that age group. We love outdoor activities especially water sports, biking as well as spa facilities. We also appreciate fine dining/good wine. We want something that offers great kids programs/babysitting. And, we love the ocean. We live in Ottawa, Canada so ideally we're looking for something on the east coast - the more Northern the better so we can drive.
