OT: Need some help with bday invitations

My dd's 7th birthday party will be one week before Halloween. We are having a pool party at the YMCA. The kids swim for 1 hour, then we have 1 hour in a party room. She would like the decorations to be Halloween themed.

I am stumped on the invitations. I would like to do something Halloweenish (like that word!), but it is not really a Halloween party. I will tell guests that it is a swimming party so they will bring their suits/towels - should I fit swimming in with the theme on the invitations.

Anyone have any ideas...I am feeling stuck on this part of the planning. TIA.
