OT need Pixie Dust Please

Hi everyone the new shop has a soft opening tomorrow and opens to the public on Thurs. Please send all the Pixie Dust you can my way...had a bad month this month.



DH 1984 Suburban died needs a new or rebuilt engine.

My ac went out on my 97 Explorer.And today temp was 99 degrees.Ouch was it hot.

And we had a soso month at the shop.Then invested all this money in this new shop one hour away at the Foothills of the Smoky Mts. in Cleveland Tn. So we have alot riding on this doing well.

thanks Jackie really need it this month, going be a close call to make all our bills this month,if we do not have a better month our Oct WDW trip will have to be cancelled and I have already bought the MNSSHP tickets!And we were really looking forward to it in part thanks to DAVE's trip report!

Sorry to hear about all your recent problems. Vehicle problems are the worst. I had to replace the ac on my Lumina this summer--very expensive, unfortunately. The new shop sounds exciting though. Should be a good time of year for the opening. Lots of visitors in the foothills during the fall!

Prayers & Pixie Dust to you, Mal. Sounds like your shop has a really good location and as Mowsie said, the fall is a popular time of year for traveling in that area. And, with people driving more than flying, there should be even more traffic. I have the feeling it will do well. Although my back can't handle the long drives anymore, I miss driving to Florida and stopping for a night or two in the Smokeys.

The last time I was on a road trip to Florida was 1993, I think, it was in March I know. We (a friend and I) were trying to outrun a snow storm. We stopped on top of Jellico Mtn to listen to a KY/TN basketball game (we won ) and made it to Chattanooga. I wanted to visit that big aquarium there before we got back on the road. Thinking we'd outrun the snow, we stopped and spent the night. The next morning when we woke up the storm had caught up to us. Didn't know it snowed that far south! We got back on the highway and cars were spinning and slidding off the highway everywhere! I was petrified! We never did make it to the aquarium.

Ya didn't know you were going to get Pixie Dust and a bedtime story too, did ya! Hope all goes well and you get to feeling better.
