OT: Need broth recipe for Fondue (Meat/Chicken/Shrimp)

I am planning a fondue party in a few weeks and need some good broth recipes for cooking the meat, chicken and shrimp. Any suggestions? TIA! :thumbsup2
 
:confused3 I always thought it was with oil? or else you would be boiling the meat.
 
I have always used oil. I mostly use beef. I season and tenderize it in the fridge for 24 hours. It has always been about a variety of dips/sauces to with the meat.
