OT-myrtle beach help

me and the kids will be joining DH on a
business trip to Florence SC we would like
to go to Myrtle Beach for 1 day..

any tips on what to do

are there any hotels that offer day rooms
(just to shower and change clothes)

any restaraunt suggestions
