Ah - not seen that term for those before, but I do know what he's on about.

Caution, technical post from this point onwards :thumbsup2

Personally, I don't like them because my fingers are quite large and I struggle with much less than a full size keyboard. Plus, my main computer is a macbook air, which is thin and light enough to carry anywhere I want to.

But, I can see the use and the value in owning one, if they fit your personal requirements. If you do a lot of travelling where you need to do things like note taking, basic essays writing, checking e-mails, web surfing etc, then they might be useful. This is particularly true if your main laptop is heavy and bulky or you don't have a laptop, because they're small enough to pull out on a train or plane - I struggle sometimes with this, even with a macbook air.

Unfortunately, they have very little storage and I'm not very good at keeping my files tidied enough to get the most out of one. There are a couple of fairly decent ones around though, that actually have a good amount of storage.

I've never actually used one personally though, which means that I don't know what the performance ("snappyness") is like and neither do I know how comfortable it is using the small screens they have. I've only got as far as pretending to type on the keyboard, which felt horrid and I was pressing the wrong keys because I'm so used to the full size one.

Mr. Tiggs doesnt think there worth it... we had this discussion the other day lool

Right, I'm going to start the slightly more time consuming task of cleaning out fish tank no. 2, so you can all laugh at the thought of me wearing my pink rubber gloves :rotfl:

I'll still be here as before, but might not be quite so chatty, as it's hard to type while wearing we rubber gloves. I'll respond to important stuff though :thumbsup2

Morning/Afternoon!! I'm here!! Been preparing for Tigger day!
