Having said that, I think you'll remember whatever you do for the rest of your lives anyway. My aunt had her reception in my grandparents back garden which was huge before they moved.

Robert wants the same things I want (He actually does before anyone accuses me of anything! Lol! ).... He would have quite liked a Catholic wedding, but he would never ask me to do that..... Plus, he understands that I want to get married up here to be near my Dad. His parents are paying for some of it, as is my mother, but nowhere near the full amount. They've (His parents) already got their own way in that they are actually coming to the wedding (We were originally gonna do a runaway quiet wedding with nobody we knew.... Just a couple of witnesses dragged in off the street!) and I'm not willing to bend anymore.... Plus which, I don't think the money gives them the right to say what happens where as it isn't their wedding.
