OT:Looking for a link I thought I read on here

I'm not sure if it was on this board or not but a while ago someone posted a link to an article about parents needing to be more in charge with their kids and how dr's ,teachers and therapists are seeing things changing with kids lately etc.... I want to say it was a paper in Boston???? Not sure
Was this on this board???? Or does anyone know that article I'm talking about?
