OT- (like most things here) - LOST questions

That would be cool, but I don't think it will ever happen.

I didn't watch the first season so we got that on DVD and watch it in like 3 days leading up to season 2. I can tell you that is one addictive way to watch Lost. I can't wait until next week.

Hey, they have T-shirts and action figures, so who knows?

Anyway, I loved the season opener. Oh, and Hurley's an idiot. I really hope Desmond and Penny make it to Oxford without running into Ben. If that is England where Ben is at, then the chances are good that this will happen, and we all know what Ben told Widmore....

Anyway, I now officially love Faraday, but I don't want Charlotte to die. I still don't know whay she's named after C.S. Lewis, or what her connection to the island is.

Oh, and Marvin Candle, what a nice guy he is!

Also, about Hurley's visions, I think there is something about mental illness that lifts a curtain, at least in the Lost universe. Hurley and that guy in the hospital saw Charlie, and he saw Ana Lucia while Sayid was unconscious. We also know he has been seeing most of the dead people from the island. There is a theory this is the smoke monster trying to tell him things. I don't know. I try not to dwell on it. It makes my head spin.

I watched the entire 3rd season in 2 days about a month ago. I was so busy last year, I didn't catch a single episode. Thank goodness I didn't have to wait as long as those who watched it the first time!

When I told DH that the whole "island is traveling through time" thing was a little cheezy, he said to me "This from the woman who counts BACK TO THE FUTURE as one of her all time favorite movies???" Touche, my love, touche....

Anyway....I thought it was a solid start. And the woman that was with Ben at the end, have we seen her before? I know she played the crazy old lady in The Others but don't think we've seen her on the show before.....

Desmond when back in time when the hatch blew up. This made him more susceptible to be stuck in the time jump when he was flying to the freighter.

When he traveled back in time the first time, he had all of his memories and was planning on changing the moment when he broke it off with Penny. He even went to buy the engagement ring. However, the woman at the ring shop told him that the events had to happen the same way as before. Basically, she clearly knew about Desmond. That woman was the same one who talked to Ben in the church. I don't know if she appeared anywhere else.
