I'm going to visit my dis friend on Thursday who is poorly so I said I would make her a cake. She asked for a Mickey cake so I made this!! I'm quite proud of it!!

It's a milk and white chicolate chip cake!!

I'm hoping to finish off my project proposal tonight. I've just got the project plan / timescales to complete, plus I need to go through and add all my references - I've been lazy and left them until last but it's a fairly small document so it shouldn't take too long.

Thanks. Unfortunately it's only a draft copy, so I'll have to spend most of Saturday putting in any refinements that my supervisor can come up with.

That also means that I'll have the next three evenings to do something else. As I'm supposed to be doing a session with children of age 13+ on Sunday morning, I guess I'll be planning for that.

Pete has been busy finishing off our bathroom decorations over the past few days and he has just installed the TV above the bath! So now I can watch the TV whilst lazing in my spa bath! How lazy am I!! lol

Evening all!

That cake looks fab and delicious! Making me hungry again!

I'm knackered lol! Had my friend and her 3 kids round today (6, 2 1/2 and 5 months!) + Lottie (3), but we had a great time! I was even brave enough to let the eldest 3 do some baking!!

Am enjoying the peace for a few mins now that Lottie is in bed, the housework is all done and Neil is on his way home from work!

Join the club... I'm trying to summon the enthusiasm to start finishing my assignment - just can't quite get there and being in my pyjamas isn't helping the cause as I'm rather cosy now

Talking of PJ's we have decided that for red nose day at school we are doing a dress up in silly clothes day, so the staff are going in their PJ's. I am going in my Minnie PJ's, matching slippers and my fluffy Tinker Bell dressing gown and one of my assistants is going in her Mickey PJ's, matching dressing gown and the Mickey slippers I got her from DLRP for Christmas!!

that sounds like fun - I wish we could do something like that at work (especially dressing in pyjamas ) but I can't see the senior management agreeing

Being in my pyjamas is my problem too! I had a very early soak in the bath and then by twenty past 6 I was in my pyjamas, just cannot be bothered to get up off the sofa! Still it won't do us any harm!

Actually - now I'm trying to put together my project plan, I've realised that the time between now and August is very short - too short for my liking

As such, I'm not sure how wise an idea sitting and doing nothing is on my part...
