Thanks Karen! Mine is drawing to a close. Oldest DS had to be dressed and on the field today at 7:45 AM for two weeks of football camp. Poor baby won't get home until after 7 PM! They take their sleeping bags and everything!

Two weeks from today I'll be sitting in an in-service the day before school starts. Then the kids go back to school on the 31st. Where has the summer gone? I feel like we didn't get to do much since it rained the entire month of July!!!

Hope everyone else's summer is going great!

Hi Karen! Hope your summer's been reallly good.

We escaped two weeks of rain while we were at WDW, pretty much though the whole summer here has been very rainy and sometimes chilly--I do not like wearing a sweatshirt in July!

I have about three weeks left until my in-service day 9/7 and the kids follow that the next day 9/8 for classes. I feel like we really never had summer this year--I'll look at the bright side though--no air-conditioning bill .

You had us all worried because you've been away so long,, the last time we heard from you,, you were going camping,, I was beginning to think you got ate by bears or something..Do not scare us like that again.... I almost called to check on you but DH has hidden the phone on me until michelle and I can learn to keep our phone calls under 3 hours ... Glad to see you online again ...We had a great weekend, all the lakies got together and had a campout,, with a campfire and ghost stories,, Annie didn't sleep very well,, It was her 1st time in a tent and all night she would ask,, what's a bigfoot?? what's a water sprite?? Are there really ghosts in the woods?? What's that noise?? Do you think it's a bear?? By the time morning got there, our flashlight batteries were dead And you'll never guess what else happened in the morning

How many times to I have to apologize for all the rain you've had in PA? Sooooorrrrryyyyy! I must have offended some great rain spirit when I visited.

Oldest DS starts school August 19th. I'm still in denial that the summer is over. I hope I remember to get him on the bus Thursday.

Not to mention I didn't get a chance to model my thong at all this summer.

Youngest DS - well, we're still tossing about the idea of Preschool. He really needs more socialization than he gets by being home with me all day. I am going to homeschool him with grade K materials this year though. He's such a sponge for learning right now that it'd be a shame to put it off. I can't actually put him in K because he won't be 5 until October.

Hope what's left is great for everybody!! And here's some extra sun to make up for the rain.
