Some of you on vmk have been asking about my surgery.
Last Friday I had an angiogram as the cardio doctor thought I had a block artery. Good new, the artery is not block; in fact I have fantastic arteries.
Bad new is they do not know what is causing the left bundle to go haywire.
I was not to drive or walk for two days so this morning was my first venture out. Need to take some papers for my GP and thought I would stroll down and make my six week appointment as the cardio doctor requested.
By the time I got there I was in full tears from the pain. I said I did not see the doctor just needed the appointment and go home.
Next thing I know the doctor has me in an exam room and he is not happy with the pain.
Now it's off the Scripps (next door to doctor's office) for a doppler scan. (there is no rain in site for Oceanside
)Turns out I have some swelling that should not be there but is not life threatening.
Anyway I am grounded until next Monday. No stairs, no driving. Guess who lives up stairs.
Big thanks to all those that have asked.
