OT--Is it Christmas already?

Yesterday I received two packages in the mail!!! Can you believe it? One was from Karen (Tantor) and the other from Denise (dtuleya)!!

Karen was my Secret Pal for the second leg of the exchange and she sent me: a vanilla candle with a beautiful glass holder for it, a bottle of pure maple syrup, a box of Lindt Chocolates (which I am not supposed to have because of Atkins!Shhhh!), her daughter Chloe, send my son Andrew a package of pencils that have his name on them! Chloe also send my daughter, Savannah a little monkey stuffed animal and some ponytail holders for her hair! Also got some wine charms that are really cute, one is lime green, which is on my Bailey's bottle right now! Last, Karen sent me a great cookbook for School lunches and after school snacks! It is really neat and there are a lot of great things to make in it!!
Thanks so much Karen, for everything!! I loved it all, especially the card, it was very cute!

Denise, who was not my secret pal, but sent me something because she said she felt bad about me not getting anything the first time, was extremely generous! Denise, you really didn't have to send me anything at all! I was happy to just participate in this, as I had so much fun! Denise sent me a whole box filled with scrapbook stuff! First there was a Scrapbooking Summertime themed kit and a Fiskars School Days Kit, both of which have Die cuts, stickers, printed paper, solid paper, templates, stencils, punch outs, borders and frames included in the packages! Next was the cutest Tigger pen I have ever seen! Very neat! Then I got a pad of paper for taking notes that is magnetic and you can put on the fridge! Also got a package of Paperbilities Scrap paper, a beautiful mini photo album that has two tulips on the cover (I don't know how you knew that Tulips are my favorite!), a little note pad for reminders and a package of Blueberry and Peppermint foot cream!! Thanks so much, Denise, it was so much stuff and I appreciate it all!! Thanks everyone for making this a wonderful exchange! I just love this board so much!

Just started myself. I don't have a single Disney Trip completed, but it's fun!

We have a crop night once a month, so it's hard not to get something done. In July, all I did was crop pictures. In August, all I did was put the pictures in. Who knows what this month will bring!

My DD13 is going now too. She usually only gets a page or two done, but it's fun to see her work.

If we didn't meet once a month, I'd still be on page 1 too!

2 girl friends and myself met once a week and we got lots done.
Then we all got really busy and that went by the wayside.
I do have my daughter's regular book done up to the beginning of summer so I am doing some scrapbooking

All I have are two Disney books, so I'm sure you are way, way further along than I am!

DH bought me a Tinker Bell scrapbook for Christmas last year while we were there. He's sooo sweet!

I used to scrapbook but now I mostly dust my scrapbook supplies off. I am so far behind. As for Disney trips -- I went in 2001 for Christmas, 2002 for Christmas and 2003 on Spring Break. How many pages have I scrapped? None. That's not even counting that my son's babybook is still empty. He was born in 1999. I'm a terrible mother. We bought our new house in March and sold our old house in August so that has taken up most of my time lately. As soon as I get my computer/scrapbook room organized I plan to lock myself in and scrap away!


Too bad we don't all live closer to each other -- we could scrap together!!

Alas, I have to admit that I'm not crafty and don't scrapbook. Beanie likes to scrapbook so I got her some stuff for her hobby. I can't even get pictures in regular albums, let alone fancy ones!
