OT-Info on how to get the promo rates for timeshares

Mods...if this is in the wrong area, please direct feel free to redirect me. I'm looking into going to Marriot Timber Lodge in South Lake Tahoe (which does the timeshare thing), CA next February. But like Orlando, I know they must have a "promo" rate to lure you there to buy. It might be an option since it is one of our favorite spots. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get that???? Thanks for your help!
