That is sooo awesome! Good for you, I know that is hard work.
It is soo exciting to be able to fit into a new size. I was surprized about the size 16's too! I went to Walmart and tried on size 19's....hoping to get into an 18.....the 19's were too big....the 18's were too big....the 17's were too big! SOOOOOOO.....I walked out of the PLUS sized section to the regular section and picked up a bunch of 16's. Most were pretty tight, but I did buy a pair of jeans and a pair of brown cotton pants. I tried on a top too....just to check the size. It was a size large and was a little tight. I am top heavy in the chest and shoulders so I'm not going to buy shirts until I'm smaller.
I'm looking forward to seeing size 10-12 again in the summer.
Sandra
but when I started losing weight I went to Old Navy and looked at a size 14 shorts, too big, asked to exchange for a 12 and wore them and they were falling off, then for the heck of it tried size 10 and they fit!!
I was soo excited that I fit into a 10 till my friend said Old Navy sizes are big
I didn't care because I was still in a much smaller size. lol So give Old Navy a try, you might be in an even SMALLER size than Walmart. That motivated me even more.
AND they have awesome sales. I got tank tops for 2.99 and my shorts for 12.99 regular 40.00 I think.
Becky! You have done great! How long did it take to lose 160lbs? S
Hi All ~ I just bought size 16 jeans! When I started this diet, I was size 24! YIPPEE FOR ME! Sandra
